Order of DeMolay in Rhode Island

Most Worshipful Grand Master, Mr. Smith;

I would first like to take this opportunity to thank you for the invitation to speak at your Grand Lodge Annual Meeting today.

I would also like to thank all of the members of Grand Lodge for their continued support of DeMolay.  We greatly appreciate all of your support, both physically and financially.  It is because of that help that DeMolay continues to be the finest organization for young men in this world today.

On that note, I would ask that if any of the members here today, know a young man between the ages of 12 and 21 who you think would be able to benefit from the programs, precepts and opportunities that DeMolay offers, please contact myself or Dad Allen and we will be very happy to assist you.  We will both be present tonight at the Grand Lodge Banquet.  DeMolay is a great experience for any young man, and we would be more than happy to welcome new faces in our Chapter.

We are also looking for adult leadership.  These adults will keep the DeMolay program alive and afford the DeMolay opportunity to other young men in the future.  It really does not take a lot of your time.  You will be trained and certified.  It gives you a hands on opportunity to help mold the character of the future leaders of this world.  Speak to Dad Allen if you are interested or you know of someone who is.

Once again, Thank You, Grand Master, for the invitation to speak here this morning and also for the invitation to attend the banquet this evening.
